The mission for Sadie's Safe House has always been to RESCUE, REHABILITATE and RE-HOME as many homeless Chihuahua and Chihuahua Mixes as possible.

Each of our rescue residents needs medical care when they arrive. It might be as simple as updated vaccines and getting spayed or neutered or more complex like broken bones or birth defects. Either way, when you adopt a dog from Sadie's Safe House, we want you to be set up for success.

Your pet will be spayed/neutered, up to date on shots (Distemper/Parvo, Bordetella, & Rabies) and microchipped unless otherwise specified. Your pet will also come with a collar & tag, harness and leash. During colder months, we may also send your new little one with a coat as well.

Each dog has their own unique situation and we want to be able to cater to their needs without having to worry about funds. Adoption fees help offset the costs but we still need your help! Every dollar contributed goes directly towards the rescue residents well-being and ultimately helps them with their goal of finding their fur-ever home!
